Jogre (Jose Gregorio González) was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Since childhood, he felt attracted to art in all its forms. His constant visits to museums and theaters with his father and his entry into a puppet workshop launched his life as an artist. His sparkling personality led him to the circus arts, giving life to Bamboo the Clown. Later, he became part of the Aquiles Nazoa theater group, while he was already able to draw and paint works that were accompanied by poems that inspired him. She prepared herself academically to become a teacher and began his career teaching architectural technical drawing classes in various schools and high schools in the Caracas metropolitan area. He later earned a master's degree in andragogy and specialized in Adult Education from Rafael Urdaneta University in 1992.
